The conference will follow the usual format for IXS meetings. While details are now being set, the general outline includes a welcome party on Sunday evening, with talks beginning on Monday morning. Posters should be set by Monday afternoon and will be available for viewing throughout the week, with two specific sessions anticipated for discussion. There will be an excursion and a banquet during the week, and the possibility of visiting the SPring-8 site (including visits to storage ring and SACLA experimental halls).
